Jeremy Whaikawa is the founder and head physiotherapist at Fit Physiotherapy Qld, operating from the True Health Heals clinic in Inala, Brisbane. With more than a decade of clinical experience, Jeremy works with patients across a range of musculoskeletal concerns, including back pain, neck pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and work-related injuries. His approach combines manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education, with each treatment plan tailored to the individual's assessment findings and goals. Jeremy believes the patient is an active participant in their own recovery, and he places a strong emphasis on equipping patients to understand and care for their condition over the long term.

Repetitive Loading and Strength-Based Concerns

  • Powerlifters, bodybuilders, and others experiencing lower back, hip, or shoulder strains and overuse injuries.


Sports Physiotherapy

  • Athletes and weekend warriors across rugby, netball, basketball, tennis, bodybuilding, and other sports.


Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

  • Including rotator cuff repairs, ACL reconstructions, pectoralis major repairs, biceps tendon repairs, and hip or knee replacements.
